Meaningful compassion and purposeful connection

Build inner skill to navigate grief and loss. Connect with other women in their 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s who understand the complexity of your loss and share the desire to honor love within and through grief.

Your grief is yours alone, and,

You don’t have to be alone in your grief

Grief can feel like it is breaking down your whole world—who you were, who you are, how you interact with others, and what’s possible or expectable in life. Topic groups at Voyager Counseling offer a radically compassionate, supportive space designed to help you navigate your grief with understanding, connection, and intentional growth.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll join a small group of up to eight women who share similar experiences of loss. You are each different people and our group space honors difference and similarity of grief experience and lived experience beyond grief. As a group and as individuals, you’ll explore topics that resonate, like challenges to your identity, coping with negative social feedback, and handling grief triggers - including the ones we face online. With the guidance of a licensed therapist, you’ll process your emotions, connect deeply with others who understand, and learn practical strategies to strengthen you as you grieve.

This group is more than peer support in a circle—it’s a place to really, fully, be with your grief and be held in compassion as you gain feeling skills that support your grieving. You’ll leave with a stronger sense of clarity, functional and practical tools that you carry within yourself, and the confidence to face your grief in ways that align with who you are and what matters most to you. You don’t have to do this alone—here, you’ll find understanding connection and purposeful grief skillbuilding in the company of others seeking the same.
