Grief 101: Grief and Google
A safe and supportive space to make sense of grief complexity and confusion
Grief can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve searched endlessly for answers online and either found too many conflicting ideas or none that truly resonate. Grief & Google cuts through the noise and provides women navigating grief and life-altering loss with understanding and actionable support.
This program is led by a licensed therapist with specialty experience supporting women like you. We pair expert guidance with radical compassion, offering group therapy that is both compassionate and empowering. Each session blends evidence-based information with the opportunity to ask your most pressing, confusing questions in a safe, warm environment.
With only eight participants per group, the setting is small and intimate, ensuring you’ll receive the personalized attention and meaningful connection you deserve. Through this process, you’ll gain clarity, dispel harmful myths, and grow within yourself a compassionate approach to grief that honors both your loss and your love.
